Learn the process of maple sugaring from sap to syrup. Morning walks at 10:00am discuss the history of maple sugaring and wildlife of the sugaring woods. To learn how present-day maple syrup is made, the sugarhouse will be open from 10:00am-12:30pm. There will be syrup samples! Meet at Humphrey Nature Center.
